Clean room, spacious facilities, the breakfast options were impressive and the location was exceptionally convenient for exploring the nearby railways.

The room was wicked cozy and clean. They had a mini fridge which was a lifesaver. I loved how close it was to KL Sentral. Staff was super friendly, even held the door for me. Only thing, the shower pressure could use a boost. The mattress, though, was comfy for a good night's sleep.

The family room's depiction is misleading. it's too cozy for four, not as spacious as advertised. Bathroom design is poor, with a shower head positioned too high and often leads to a wet bathroom. Unpleasant cigarette smoke smell emerged at night, seemingly from the bathroom. closing the door helped but still odd.

My stay at Cozy Hotel@ Kl Sentral was truly enjoyable! The room was clean, spacious, and had strong Wi-Fi which was perfect for my needs. The staff were incredibly helpful, always greeting me warmly and offering assistance when needed. The location is excellent, close to public transport, shopping, and various dining options.

This place was a fitting option for a lightning trip in Kuala Lumpur, great for the money. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the room comfortable after a hot day out. Choose a room on a higher floor to avoid street noise at night.

I stayed for 1 night as a solo traveler while exploring the Buddhist Maha Vihara nearby. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to KL Sentral and right next to shopping options like NU Central. I appreciated that the room was neat and spacious, equipped with all essential toiletries and a mini fridge, which made my stay even more convenient.

the cozy hotel claims to offer a family room, but don’t let the misleading pictures fool you, it’s barely suitable for two, let alone a family of four, also, the bathroom design is all sorts of wrong, showering leads to a flooded disaster. honestly, i was expecting complimentary snacks for enduring such chaos, but needless to say, i almost gave a good review if it weren't for all this!

Staying at Cozy Hotel@ Kl Sentral was a delight! The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage to our room on the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean, with great amenities like air conditioning, a fridge, and free Wi-Fi. Plus, the location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and shops.
